A Michigan woman was charged with tampering with her breath alcohol ignition interlock device in her vehicle after receiving previous OWI charges. The device requires a BAC less than .025 to start and operate the vehicle. Due to the serious nature of the charge and her prior history, her license was suspended once more. With this new charge on her record, she contacted Lansing criminal defense lawyer Tiffany DeBruin for assistance in regaining her license.
During the secretary of state hearing, attorney Tiffany DeBruin had a strong argument for her client. She used her legal skills and experience to successfully get her client’s license back. The woman is now licensed in the state of Michigan.
