Recently in Jackson, attorney Tiffany DeBruin represented a man who was involved in an altercation with his neighbor and ultimately charged with misdemeanor assault. During this client’s jury trial, if convicted, he would face a possible 93-day sentence and a serious mark on his criminal record.

After hearing both sides of the case, the jury returned the verdict of not guilty in a mere 27 minutes.
