Lansing criminal defense attorney Tiffany DeBruin was recently approached by a Lansing man in an abuse and neglect case. The man was released from jail not long ago and wanted custody of his three teenage children. While he was serving his sentence, his children were removed from their mother’s care. DeBruin reviewed the case and went to work on behalf of her client.

During an appearance in Clinton County court, she fought for her client’s rights as a father and successfully convinced the court to return his three children back to him. The man now has his children back under his care.
