A client in Kent County charged with Assault and Battery for allegedly hitting someone in the face with a gun was spared 93 days in jail. Attorney Tiffany DeBruin reviewed the photo and audio interviews of all involved. Attorney DeBruin clarified that her client had a phone, not a gun. From there, she identified additional weaknesses in the prosecutor’s case. As a result, the Assault and Battery charges against her client were dismissed before trial.
