How to Know If You Have a Warrant in Ingham, Clinton, or Eaton Counties

On Behalf of | Dec 15, 2019 | Criminal Defense, Firm News

If there is a warrant pending for your arrest, be proactive. The best thing you can do is contact a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. Do not panic and flee the area. You should not simply turn yourself in or contact the authorities without first understanding the potential risk.

An experienced lawyer can investigate the charges and help you understand your options. If the warrant is valid, it is often better for your outcome when a criminal defense lawyer arranges for you to turn yourself in rather than waiting to be apprehended.

Attorney Tiffany DeBruin may be able to get the charges dismissed or reduced. For a free consultation, call DeBruin Law PLLC at 517-324-4303 or use our online contact form.
