Restricted Driving Privileges Granted in MI Case

On Behalf of | May 6, 2019 | Case Results, Criminal Defense, Firm News, OWI

A client of Lansing criminal defense lawyer Tiffany DeBruin recently found themselves with a revoked driver’s license after more than one OWI conviction within seven years. The client had not successfully completed sobriety court in Michigan and was unsuccessfully terminated from probation in April 2018. Wanting to gain some driving privileges so they could complete everyday tasks, they reached out to DeBruin Law PLLC for help.

Although it is difficult to obtain privileges after being unsuccessfully terminated from probation less than a year prior, attorney DeBruin took the client through the hearing process, and as such, he was granted restricted driving privileges.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
