Lansing defense attorney Tiffany DeBruin recently aided a client charged with allegations of abuse and neglect which could have possibly resulted in the termination of her guardianship over her granddaughter. Not wanting such serious accusations impacting her client’s relationship with her family, her record and her future, attorney DeBruin worked to obtain the best possible outcome. The court referred her client and the parties to mediation. The abuse/neglect allegations against her client were ultimately dismissed and her client was free to move on without court or CPS involvement.
